Letha Hadady is a health and beauty expert trained in traditional Asian medicine. She teaches Chinese and Ayurvedic herbs through the New York Open Center, 92nd Street Y, the New York Botanical Gardens, and during the annual conference on Botanical Medicine sponsored by the Rosenthal Center at Columbia University and the University of Arizona.
